Aliene Sosh passed away peacefully on December 18, 2019 at the age of 91.  She was born on November 9, 1928 in Kentucky to her loving parents, John and Bertha Norris.  In 1956 Aliene and her husband, Charlie, moved their family to Miami, Arizona, where she lived until her death.

Aliene was a devoted friend to many and will be forever remembered for her kindness and generosity.   She was a devout Catholic, attending church every Sunday at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, volunteering much of her time to cooking and cleaning in the rectory.  After retiring as a housekeeper, Aliene continued her calling to serve others by volunteering at St. Vincent De Paul and the local food bank in Miami.  One of her favorite pastimes was completing crossword puzzles at the kitchen table while she drank her morning coffee.  She enjoyed watching game shows as well as keeping current on her "soaps".  Known for her exemplary cooking and baking skills. Aliene will forever be remembered by her family and friends for her incomparable macaroni and cheese and homemade brownies.

Those who had the honor of knowing Aliene will undoubtedly miss her dearly for her warm smile, generous heart and wonderful conversations.

Aliene was preceded in death by her parents John and Bertha Norris, her husband DC" Charlie" Sosh and her son William "Bill" Sosh. She is also preceded in death by her grandchildren Betina , Blake, Michael Jr., Gabriel and David. Those who will live on in her legacy are her children Sandra (Floyd)Livingood, Peggy(Dee) Sosh, Michael (Patti)Sosh, and Patricia (Steve)Sosh Grier, her 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
