Barry Dee Cason Passed away in his sleep on September 5, 2023. He was born February 1, 1938 to Val and Margaret Cason in Tucson Arizona. Barry married Carrie Borseth February 14, 1953. Together they had 5 children Barry JR, Val Marie, Arnold, Lonnie, and Ryan. The children currently reside in Arizona and New Mexico. There are 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild who reside throughout the southwestern U.S.

Barry was an adventurous soul who worked hard to support and raise his family, he started working at age 10 as a cowboy helping his father. After getting married at age 15 he worked at mining jobs in Colorado and Arizona. He was a logger and wood cutter for awhile, then he worked for the railroad as a welder building ribbon rail. His next venture was to own and mange several gas stations first in Tucson then moved to Show Low, next he went back to mining at ICCCO in Miami he retired at age 55 from Cyprus mining company in 1993. He loved the outdoors hunting and fishing all around the southwest, after retirement Barry and Carrie traveled the United States from coast to coast.
