With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Benjamin Patrick Gomez, known as Benny "El Venado" Who left us unexpectedly at his residence in Tucson, AZ.

He was born in Kearny, AZ. Benny was the beloved son of Jacob Y. Gomez and Henrietta "Queta" Gomez.

Benny is survived by his loving sisters Mary Christine Gomez and Rebecca Gomez, as well as his cherished children, Benny Gomez Jr., Jacob Gomez, and Nikki Baldenegro. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a large circle of friends who loved and care for him deeply.

Benny was known for his big heart, outgoing personality, and generous spirit. He was a kind person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His smile and big cheeks could light up the room, and his sense of humor brought joy to everyone around him.

A gifted mechanic, Benny had a passion for working on bikes and trucks, he was also known for his loud motorized bike that became his signature part of his presence.

Benny "El Venado" will be missed deeply but his love, laughter, unforgettable spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
