Billy James Schneider, 54, of Hayden, AZ, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 10, 2023.

Billy was born on July 23, 1968 to the late Arthur and Patricia Schneider in Keokuk, IO. Billy was the 4 ^th born of 6 children.

Billy met Jojo in 1985. They were married and settled down in Hayden, AZ in 1991. They chose to stay in Hayden to put down roots and raise a family. Together Billy and Jojo shared 39 years of marriage. They had 6 beautiful children and later 17 grandchildren.

In Billy's younger years, he worked for Eddie Tire. In 2003 he began working Maintence for the Town of Hayden.

Billy enjoyed time with his family most of all. He loved early Christmas mornings and scaring all the kids on Halloween. Billy enjoyed working on vehicles and fixing anything he could. Billy loved all things outdoors including fishing, four wheeling in the hills, and having a cold beer and throwing shoes.

Billy loved Rock and Roll music, especially Van Halen. He was always giving advice even if you didn't want to hear it. He became well known by all. Billy always went above and beyond to any who asked for help. He will be remembered by many.

"Rock On" as he would say.

Billy is preceded in death by his mother Patricia, father Arthur, eldest sister Elaine Schneider, and his in-laws. He will be reunited with them along with many family and friends who passed away before him.

Billy is survived by his wife, Jojo Schneider; children Angelica (Shane) Folk, Thomas (Gabby) Schneider, Chris (Helena) Schneider, Sarah (Matthew) Archuleta, Brandy (Dylan) Smith, Lucinda (Julian) Gonzales. He leaves behind his grandchildren who were the light of his life, Yarasette, Laila, Christiannah, Steven Jr., Nathan, Desmond, Evan, Brooklyn, Chris Jr., Addison, Dominick, Andrew, Brayden, Sadie, Ellie, Jase, Angel. He also leaves behind his brother Brian (Dawn) Schneider, sister Patricia Schneider, sister Lora Schneider, brother George (Sarah) Schneider, brother Aren Schneider, sister Lacy Schneider, step brother Darren Marshall and many nieces and nephews.
