Candelario "Cande" E. Guzman, 90, of Casa Grande, AZ passed away with his family by his side at his residence in Superior, AZ on Monday, November 11, 2019. He was born on March 4, 1929 in Casa Grande, AZ to the late Abram Guzman, Sr. and Rosa Marie Estrada.

Cande was drafted by the United States Army and served in the Korean Conflict as a combat engineer. After serving 2 years he as honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. He attained employment with Southern Pacific Railroad which he retied from after 42 years.

Cande was preceded in death by his sisters Connie, Socorro, Ruth, Jessie, and brothers Salvador (Chavo) and Leo, daughter Anna Marie Guzman, and granddaughter Priscilla Guzman Perez. He is survived by his wife Martha B. (Duarte) Guzman, sons Eric (Natalie) Guzman, Sammy Guzman and family, Leonard (Jaque) Guzman and family, Candelario Guzman, Jr., daughters Rebecca "Becky" (JoeU) Vasquez, Cuz "Dolly" (Gaby) Cons and family, Grace (Ray) Perez and family, Candida Guzman and family, Sister Tonia Ronquillo and Brother Abram Guzman, Jr.  He also leaves behind 24 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
