Courtney Diane Garcia

July 15, 1982 - November 1, 2019

Courtney was a Grandmother, a Mother, a Sister, a Daughter, an Aunt, and to all others who knew her, a dear friend. Courtney passed away on November 1st, 2019 surrounded by her family and those who loved her. It was a long, tough battle with liver failure that took her life, a battle she had been fighting for the last few years. Courtney leaves behind her father and mother Louie and Tammie Garcia of Miami Az, her daughter and son in law Hailee and Matthew Howell and her grandson Henry of Miami Az, Her daughter Jessica Gutierrez of Miami Az, her oldest brother Jay Garcia and his family of Mesa Az, Her brother Adam Garcia and his family of Globe Az, Her sister Robin Contreras and her family of Mesa Az, Her sister Meghan Wallace and her family of Globe Az, and her sister Robyn Messner and her family of Mesa Az, and the love of her life Brenn, and all those who knew her.

Courtney loved her children, and especially her grandson. She loved all of her nieces and nephews so much, She loved Harry Potter and knew more about it than anyone else we knew. Johnny Cash was one of her favorites. She listened to a lot of oldies music. She loved Harleys. She also loved to read. And even though she was the baby of the family she was the mouthiest. She would fight for anyone of us no matter what and our baby she fought until the very end. Let this be a celebration of the life she lived and the family she left for us to love behind, not the mourning of her passing.
