Debbie Sue Thoen (Richmond) , 62, passed away on March 21, 2025 in Tucson, Arizona from a battle with Alcoholic Cirrhosis of the Liver with Ascites.

Debbie was born July 25, 1962 in Sacramento, California. She was most proud to be a mother. She did everything in her power to save them, clothe them, and feed them. Debbie was everyone's mom once they met her. She always had that motherly comfort people long for. She loved to go thrift shopping, collecting fancy rocks, and coloring.

Debbie is survived by her daughter Jessica Thoen-Devers (Haunna Thoen-Devers), her sisters Tammy and Theresa Richmond, her nephews Matthew and Derrick Knipp (Vidal, Isabella, Ezekiel, Christopher, Dean) Her niece Jamie (Josh McGuire)(Alesha, Damion, Jasmine, Payton, and Jamie) and more.

Debbie joined her Brother, Mother, Father, and Son in Heaven and many others.
