Douglas Bruce Bulman, 72, formerly of Mylo, ND, died on July 5, 2020, at his home in Flagstaff, AZ.

Doug Bulman, the son of Grant and Ruth (Simonson) Bulman was born on April 20th, 1948 in Devils Lake, ND. He grew up and attended school in both Mylo and Bisbee, ND. He graduated from Bisbee High School in 1966. Doug attended the University of North Dakota and was pursuing a degree in Political Science. Doug married Carol Jean Galow on March 29, 1969 in the Bisbee Lutheran Church. They lived in Grand Forks until they made the decision to move back to the farm in 1971 to start their family and his farming career. In the early years Doug farmed and had livestock. But once Doug started driving truck, he made the decision to sell the cattle. Doug continued to drive truck on and off when he wasn't farming. At one point Doug started working part-time at the Cenex in Agate. In 1999 Doug and Carol moved to Sioux Falls, SD. Once settled in Sioux Falls Doug started working at H & B Truck Line Inc. He continued his employment with H & B until his retirement in 2013. In 2015 he moved to Flagstaff, AZ to be closer to his son, daughter and granddaughters.

Doug is survived by his daughter: Tresa (Mike) Labunetz, Flagstaff; AZ; Son: Rob (Joyce) Bulman, Mesa, AZ; Granddaughters: Hailey and Katelyn Labunetz; Grandsons: Matt (Morgan) Geddes, Langdon, ND. Michael Geddes, Mandan, ND; Great-grandchildren Nettie Mae Geddes and Theodore Geddes. Sister: Colette Gierszewski, Grand Forks, ND; nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Doug is preceded in death by his parents: Grant and Ruth Bulman; his wife Carol Bulman, and his sister Pamela Jemtrud.
