Ernesto Gomez , a beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother and Tio, passed away in Superior on March 28, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on April 13, 1967, in Superior, Arizona, to Guillermo & Guera Gomez.

Ernesto was a proud Superior High School Panther and a familiar face around Superior.  He will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, his love of cars and being a truck driver for many years.

His legacy of love and family-first values remains his greatest gift.

He was one of a kind and a unique individual.  He was extremely generous and was always lending a helping hand to everyone.  His passing has left an emptiness in all of our hearts and is truly going to be missed.

Ernesto was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Guillermo and Guera Gomez, our dear brother Canicas, our dear sister Malena with whom he is now reunited.His light lives on through his loving daughters, Lisa {Bryana} Krista Jo and Marti. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Aida, Mario (Val), Memo, Robert (Patricia) Lupita (Abel) Lucy (Manny) Patricia and Laura and his treasured granddaughter Iyah Ariza and numerous nieces and nephews.
