Guillermo "Bill" M. Meza, 74, of Dudleyville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, in Tucson, AZ. Bill was born Sept. 25, 1948, in Casa Grande, AZ. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ana (Flores) Meza.

Bill was an avid sports fan, who enjoyed anything from U of A, his favorite college team, to small town sports. In prior years, he enjoyed coaching baseball for the Ray Bearcats and Dudleyville Mets, as well as being an umpire for Winkelman Little League. Most recently, he enjoyed watching his grandsons play baseball and wrestle in their college endeavors. Aside from sports, he took pride in watching his beautiful granddaughters grow up.

Bill passed due to unfortunate circumstances. He went in for a routine knee surgery to aid in his ability to travel to support one of his grandson's wrestling journeys, but unfortunately, never made it out of the recovery room. He was a kind, gentle soul, who brought insight and love into any conversation he was involved in.

Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived in life by his sons, Billy Rey Meza II, Bobby (Lisa) Meza and Joey Meza; grandsons, Bobby Meza II, Nathaniel, Eric and Billy Meza III; granddaughters, Marisa and Julie Meza; great-granddaughters, Paisley Ana and AnaMaria; and great-grandson, Julian David. He also leaves behind brothers, Albert (Angelina) Meza and Tony (Ramona) Meza; and sister, Cecelia (Ron) Hartin-Graves.
