Jerry Mack Magee, Sr., 78, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 in Tucson, Arizona. Jerry was born on May 11, 1943 in Bisbee, Arizona to parents J.P and Ira Belle (Whitehead) Magee.

Jenny Marie (Gardner) Magee, 69, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Globe, Arizona. Jenny was born April 29, 1952 in Ely Nevada to parents Don and Faye (Roberts) Gardner.

In his younger years, Jerry served in the US Navy during the Vietnam war. He also would travel the country on various music tours and even had the chance to tour with the great Patsy Cline. He would marry and have 2 children, Melissa and Mark.

In her younger years, Jenny was a very shy person. Jenny attended school and graduated from Hayden High School. Jenny enjoyed playing clarinet and learned to sew at a very young age. Jenny's mother, Faye, taught the family the LDS lessons from home because there were not a lot of LDS children at that time. These teachings lead Jenny to have a strong faith in the Lord.

Jerry met Jenny in Hayden, AZ. After they married Jenny gave Jerry another son, Jerry Mack. Soon they would relocate to Texas, where Jenny blessed Jerry with another beautiful child, their daughter Janai. They soon relocated back to Kearny, Arizona but would eventually settle down in Aravaipa. Jerry retired from Asarco where he worked as a mechanic. Jenny was a cosmetologist and worked in many shops in the area, most recently There's Always Hope.

You could always find Jerry and Jenny at the local carnivals and events selling their famous Indian Fry Breads or Funnel Cakes. But they were best known for their turkey legs. The line to their stand was always the longest of them all.

Both Jerry and Jenny were active in the LDS Church and held many titles. They had tremendous faith in the Lord and used every opportunity to share this with their friends, family and loved ones.

Jerry and Jenny are preceded in death by their parents, and Jerry's brothers Patrick and Alfred.

They are survived by Jenny's sisters Phyllis and Bonnie; their children, Mark, Melissa, Jerry Mack, and Janai; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. They also leave behind many other loved ones whom they "adopted" over the years.

Jerry and Jenny were both loving and giving people surrounded by gratitude, faith, understanding and mostly love. They lived each day to the fullest. They never failed to help where needed. They stuck by each other's side all the way up to the end where they were reunited with our Lord and Savior.
