Jose Juan Peralta III, of Superior, AZ, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021. He was born April 18, 1943 in Superior, AZ.  He was raised and lived in Superior his entire life. Known around Superior as "JJ" he is remembered by his smile and how he always quick lend a helping hand. You would see him see him around town wearing his signature trucker hat and tinted glasses.  He was veteran from the US Army and worked in mines as a welder.  In his later years, he enjoyed spending time with his significant other Linda Grijalva. They traveled and liked trying their luck at the casino. JJ would always feed the stray cats, even though he denied it. Dad loved watching sports and was a huge Cardinals football fan. He was truly a life force that will be truly missed by many.

JJ  is preceded in death by his parents and his sons, Christopher and Jose Juan Peralta IV. Heis survived by his son Jimmy Peralta and daughters Rachelle Casillas and Kris Peralta. He also leaves behind four grandsons.
