Juan Carrillo Hernandez known as "Chapo or Cuate" was born on May 23, 1931 to Pedro and Beatriz Hernandez in Turkey Shoot Miami, Arizona. He passed in peace on Sunday November 3, 2019.

He served our country in the United States Navy from 1950-1953. He later retired from Inspiration Copper Company in 1986 as a mechanic. After retiring he worked for the Forest Service for 17 years.

Juan Carrillo Hernandez leaves behind in loving memory his wife of 46 years, Josefina D. Hernandez, daughter Eileen Collins (Doug) grandson Eric Collins, granddaughter Leslie Koutsky, and two nieces' that he helped raised as his own. Yesenia Duran (Manuel) their three children Eric, Gustavo, and Elizabeth. Esmeralda D. Ontiveros (David) and their two children Andrew and Alicia. He also leaves behind one brother Tula Hernandez and five sisters; Mercy Hernandez, Martha Saenz, Sylvia (Brandon) Warner, Irene King and Lena (Manuel) Tena. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pete and Betty Hernandez and his twin brother Eberto Carrillo Hernandez, and nephews Matthew Hernandez and David Saenz.

Juan C. Hernandez loved all children.
