Lawrence Paul Contreras, age 59, reunited with his loved ones in heaven on July 12, 2022. He was born to Lawrence Contreras "Lazo" and Evelyn Casillas Oliver on June 21, 1963 in Globe, Arizona. He graduated from Globe High School in 1982. Paul owned and operated Corona Signs in Globe, AZ for 35 years and had a reputation for not only impeccable talent but also excellent service, always making sure to take great care of his customers.

Paul is preceded in death by his loving mother, Evelyn Casillas Oliver. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Wilson Contreras. They shared 32 years of marriage together. Additionally, he is remembered by his father, Lazo Contreras; stepfather, Wayne Oliver; two siblings, Mark Contreras and Cayci (Mark) Oliver Pass; step-siblings Greg (Erika) Oliver, Mary (David) Evans, and Stephen (Stephanie) Oliver; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Paul was loved and adored by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his warm welcoming smile, sense of humor, and distinctive laugh. Paul was a friend to everyone and was always known for being humble, kind, and sweet. His heart was so big and would help anyone who needed it. He will be remembered for the great love and compassion he had for all of his family and friends, and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
