Leo "Sonny Boy" Oppie Jr. age 80 of Claypool Az passed away peacefully on October 21,2020 in Globe, Arizona. Leo was born on January 1, 1940 in Sterling, Colorado to Leo and Lola Oppie.  Leo attended school in Fort Collins Colorado. Leo served in the United States Army and the United States Marine Corp during Vietnam. Leo loved classic cars, country music, dancing and was a great cook. Leo will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Leo was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Lola Oppie. He is survived by his children Randy, Marvin, Charlene, Michaele May. He is also survived by his Brother Dan Oppie, and his sisters Elen and Peggy Oppie. Along with 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

His services will be private.
