Margaret M. Ruiz passed in her sleep at her home, with her daughter by her side on February 4, 2024 at the age of 90.

She was a lifelong resident of Winkelman, Arizona and was well known in the community. Margaret is survived by her only daughter, Belinda S. Torres; sisters, MaryHelen Lopez, Lydia (Jose) Guiterrez and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by grandparents, Francisco T. Ruiz and Francisca Ruiz; parents; Francisco T. Ruiz and Rita M. Ruiz; brother's; Frank (Pancho) Ruiz, John Ruiz, Felizardo (Chio) Ruiz,  Alfredo (Lapo) Ruiz; sisters, Ramona (Mote) (Jesus) Villegas, Clara Marquez (Luis) Pasillas, and Anita (Javier) Martinez.

Margaret not only raised and loved her only daughter but was a second mother to her siblings and dearly loved them. Margaret was first employed at the home of Michael and Kathern Giorsetti's as a housekeeper. She was also employed at all the grocery stores in Winkelman as a Customer Service Associate (cashier); Giorsetti's Grocecy store, Quarellie's store, Bracamonte's store, Parker's grocery store, Gordon's grocery store and One Stop store and retired in Winkelman, Arizona.  Margaret was a hardworking and active woman until the day of her death.Margaret enjoyed sewing, gardening, dancing, bird watching, praying and also enjoyed crafting and challenging her mind with puzzles. "Your presence, I miss, your memory I treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never." Arrangements are handled by Griffith Mortuary. Services wil be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hayden, AZ. Visitation at 9:A.M. Rosary at 9:30A.M. and Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00A.M.
