Maria "Socorro" Espino, 78, passed away May 25, 2022.  She was born on September 22, 1943 to Adela and Antonio Soto in San Vicente, Sinaloa Mexico.

Socorro married Daniel P. Espino January 3, 1977; resided in Superior, Arizona where she dedicated over 32 years as a Tortillera (Tortilla Maker) at Los Hermanos Restaurant.

She was preceded in death by her husband Danny Espino, her son Gonzalo (Lalo), grandson David Contreras, her parents Adela & Antonio, her sister Celia and a brother.

Socorro is survived by her sister Anna and son Chuy from Los Mochis Sinaloa, Mexico.  Her five step- daughters Corina (Manuel) Valles, Gloria Lovato, Virgie (Billy Jack) Contreras, Betty (Gilbert) Aguilar, Gracie Serrano; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren with one on the way; numerous friends whom she Loved and Adored dearly.
