Mark Sigala passed away on Saturday March 12, 2022 in Kearny AZ at the age of 61. He was born in Morenci, AZ on Aug. 15, 1960 the youngest of 4 children to Juan and Dora Sigala. He worked and retired after 35 years as a copper miner at Asarco, following in his dad's footsteps.

Mark was known in Kearny as the local handyman and plumber often repairing things for people out of the goodness of his heart. Being a generous person, he was known to drop off food and gifts to families that were going through tough times.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Juan Sigala. He is survived by his four children; daughters and their husbands: Tiffany (Jason) Snow, Ashley (Robert) Rice. Sons: Zach (Linda) Sigala, Anthony Sigala.

Mark was very proud of his grandchildren Zeke and Hunter Snow, Sophia Sigala, Logan, Wes, Dillon, and Nadi Rice who affectionately called him Papa.

He is also survived by his mother, Dora Sigala; sister, Sylvia (Joe) Allen; brothers: John (Tricia) Sigala, Al (Staci) Sigala, 8 nieces and nephews along with their spouses and children.

Mark's wishes were that he be cremated and laid to rest with his father, Juan Sigala in Safford, AZ.

"All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed, I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last."
