Mary Ellen McDaniel Messinger, 75 years old, passed away on Wednesday, July 13th, 2022, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center.

Mary Ellen was born on September 16th, 1946, on a small ranch just west of Superior, Arizona to Gerdetta McDaniel. She was a member of the Mormon church. While her youth was spent on the ranch, she spent her years as a young adult traveling and experiencing life to the fullest. She was fortunate enough to have found love not once, but three times and she had 3 wonderful children. She ended up in Globe, Arizona in the early 1990's just in time to be there for her grandchildren growing up. She spent the remainder of her mid-life baking cookies, teaching crafts, bowling and catching the games on T.V. She was a huge Nascar fan and enjoyed attending them with her closest friends they also caught the occasional Diamond Backs Game. She was a huge animal lover and volunteered whenever she could. She lived a simple but good life with her dog peanut at her side. She was a wildflower with a colorful past, it made her the individual we'll all love and miss.

Mary Ellen is survived by her 4 Siblings, 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 14 great grand children.

The spreading of her ashes with family and close friends to be scheduled at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, please donate to the High Desert Humane Society.
