Mary Murillo Zaragoza age 94 of Globe, AZ passed away peacefully surrounded by family in her home on March 25, 2021. Mary was born on August 8, 1926 to her loving parents Juan and Christina Murillo in Hatch, New Mexico. Mary attended the Loretto Catholic School in Douglas, Arizona. Mary was a parishioner of Holy Angels Catholic Church since 1950. For 40 years Mary worked in the Globe High School cafeteria and enjoyed serving the students of the community. Mary was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary.  She was a loving and caring person who selflessly served others, especially her family. She was a joyful person with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. Mary often showed her love to others through her cooking. She was not only an amazing cook, but she was also a talented seamstress. In her youth she created beautiful clothing for family and friends, and in her later years often spent her time crafting beautiful quilts for others. Mary's joyous smile and vibrant personality will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Juan and Christina Murillo, her husband Andres (Mickey) Zaragoza, her siblings Joe Murillo, Jesse Murillo, Mickey Murillo, Abdon Murillo, Lupe Marquez, and Concha Estrada. Mary is survived by her children Edward Zaragoza and Audrey Taylor, along with her sisters Beatrice Lopez and Juanita Patton, her three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Services were entrusted to Bulman Miles Funeral Services, Globe, Arizona.
