Matthew Vincent Escobar, 36, of San Tan Valley, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Matthew was born on May 16, 1985 in Silver City, New Mexico to parents Pedro Escobar and Sylvia Caillouette Palomares. Matthew was relocated to Arizona about a year later.

Matthew is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ace and Mary Caillouette and his paternal grandfather Miguel Escobar.

Matthew leaves behind his children Elliana Rose Escobar, Alexia Grace Escobar, and Ronin Grey Escobar. He is also survived by his mother and father, his brothers Manuel (Shealyn) and Kristian (Natasha) Velducea, his sister Anissia (Michael) Portillo, paternal grandmother Maria Escobar, nieces Amelia and Serenity and Nephews Kristian Xavier, Michael, and Gabriel.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Matthew will be greatly missed.
