Melissa Ann Torres "Missy" age 55 passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 in Mesa, Arizona.

Missy was born on June 27, 1967 to Greg and Yolanda Romero. She attended Superior High School and graduated in 1985. Missy worked at Superior High School for 17 years. During that time she was the junior high cheer coach, loved helping with prom, class sponsor and FCCLA.  Missy enjoyed crafting and was very artistic.   Missy participated in many events and organizations throughout the Town of Superior, such as Social Club de Damas, Town of Superior parks and rec, Baile Folkorico Alma de Superior. She was an amazing mom and the best Missy to her grandchildren.

Missy is survived by her daughters, Zeena (Derek) Gagnon, Lila Torres, Keana Torres and five grandchildren, Shaune, Cezar, Graciella, Ryker and Daxton, sister Penny Romero and brother, Jose Romero. Missy is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe "Lou" Torres and her parents Yolanda Romero and Greg Romero. Missy will be dearly missed by many friends and family.
