Michael "Chooch" Perez's Obituary

Michael "Chooch" Perez age 65 passed away July 24, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Michael was born on July 4th, 1956, in Miami, AZ to Vicente and Angie Perez. Michael attended Miami High School where he played football and attended Mesa Community College to become a Registered Nurse. His nursing career started out in detox. The majority of his career was as a psychiatric nurse.

As a father of two daughters, Michael was very involved in their life. He never missed a school function or important moment. He was always there when his family needed him.

Another important aspect in Michael's life was the Loners. They were more than friends to him, they were his family.

Michael was a generous, kind and loving father, son, brother and uncle. His presence is greatly missed by all who knew him. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Angie. He is survived by his two daughters Ayla and Katarina, son-in-law Mohammad, his father Vicente, and his two brothers Vincent and Joe along with many nieces and nephews.
