Naomi L. "Omi" Light was born February 18,1930 to Mitchell and Leonorah Bowan of Silver City, NM. Naomi was the final sibling of her eleven brothers and sisters to enter into rest. Omi passed peacefully March 19,2023, at the Blessed age of 93.

Omi married Clyde "Jack" Light in 1947, was blessed with one daughter Judy (Bobby) Sims and one son Gary Ray Light. Omi was known for her contagious laugh, kind spirit, and was loved by everyone that crossed her path.

Omi is preceded in death by her husband Jack, son Gary, son-in-law Bobby Sims and grandson Clint Dollar. She is survived by her daughter Judy Sims, 7 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 20 Great-great grandchildren.
