Robert "Bob" Vern Gabler passed July 29th, 2021 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ. A lifelong resident of Globe, AZ. Born in Fresno, CA on April 16th, 1963. Married the love of his life Suzie Murphy September 1981. Bob and Suzie had two beautiful daughters Amber and Candyce. Bob was a heavy duty mechanic and welder for various mines. Bob would describe himself as a jack of all trades but a master of none.

Bob was known as a lovable grouch but would help anyone at anytime. He was known for his killer dad jokes. He was great friend and brother, loyal and loving husband and father and worlds best papa to his grandchildren. Bob was a stand-in father figure to anyone that needed him. Besides his family, his greatest passion in life was hunting, fishing and sports. In his late 20s Bob was even called back for a tryout for the California Angels.

Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Elda Sue Harrington, his father Loyd Gabler, his nephews Travis and Gabriel Fletcher, and his brother-in-law Lyn Billingsley. He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Suzie Gabler, his daughters Amber (Josh) Cramer, Candyce Gabler (Brian Palmer), his bonus daughter Jessie Valdez, his dad Butch Harrington, his mother-in-law Peggy Murphy, brother Richard (Susan) Gabler, sisters, Brenda Gabler-Reisner, and Rebecca (Brad) Harrington-Smith, sister-in-law Cheryl Billingsley, and brother-in-law John Murphy, grandchildren, Tristin, Tyler, Camden, Gracie, Lila, Annalayah, Urijah, Brantley and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob will be greeted into Heaven by his loyal dog Chaos!

We will have a Celebration of Bob's life on Saturday, August 7th at 4:00pm. At
