Rodolfo "Rudy" Ismael Romo, 72 of Mammoth, Arizona, died on March 24, 2022.

Rudy "Lumpy" was born to Celia "Vicky" Lugo and Eliodoro "Skeeter" Romo on June 17, 1949, in Tiger, AZ. Rudy was a retired Brick mason, he loved his family, friends and his community, for many years he volunteered as a member of the San Pedro Valley Lion's Club, Mammoth Fire Department, Mammoth Boxing Club, was a former Town Council Member and was a mentor to many people throughout the years. He always had a smile and words of wisdom for everyone and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his four children Rudy Romo (Kristie), Susan Sanchez, Lorri Rodriguez, Albert "Bud" Smith (Kum Cha); seventeen grandchildren Rudi Gonzalez (John), Richard Romo (Adriana), Reggie Romo, Mariah Dockum, Emily Dockum, Taya Dockum, Jason Dockum, Hannah Holley, Joshua Holley, Jerry Pulliam (Emma), Donny Pulliam, Hope Pope, Cody Rodriguez, Mia Virgilio (Quincy), Stephanie Kooren, Savannah Smith, William Smith; twelve great-grandchildren Arianna Lopez, Antonio Lopez Jr, Annaliese Lopez, Alec Pulliam, AJ Pulliam, Pammie Pulliam, Liam Pulliam, Rylie Pulliam, Cory Johnson, Lucas Pope, Arianna Kooren, Harrison Kooren; five siblings Yolanda Romero (Guillermo), Christina Perez (Marcelino), Ricardo Romo (Shirley), Linda Howell, Rigoberto Romo (Teresa); one sister-in-law Nora Romo.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Jo Romo, his parents Celia and Eliodoro Romo, brother Roy Romo, son Carl "Bosco" Pierson, son-in-law Joe Rodriguez, and grandson Ernie Joe Pope.
