It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann McKelvy, who was called home to the Lord, surrounded by the love of those who will forever cherish her.

Ruth Ann lived a life grounded in faith, family, and devotion. She shared 70 years of marriage with her beloved husband, James K. (Mac) McKelvy, building a life together that included 16 years as successful business owners in Kearny, Arizona.

Her Catholic faith was a guiding presence throughout her life. For 30 years, she shared that faith by teaching catechism, finding great joy in teaching the Word of God and guiding children as they prepared to receive their First Communion.

Above all, Ruth Ann's greatest love was her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother to her three daughters, Justene, Dennece, and Terri, proud grandmother to Austin Bingham, Shane Olsen, and Lyndsey Bingham, and cherished great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren.

Ruth Ann leaves behind a legacy of faith, commitment, and enduring love. The family she nurtured, the faith she shared, and the memories made across generations will continue to be a lasting part of who she was and how she will be remembered.
