Stephen "Danny" Martinez was born on October 1, 1956 in Superior, Arizona to Alfred and Corina Martinez. Superior is where they would raise their son and where he would spend his adult life.

"Danny" worked for Magma Copper Mining where he would later retire from and step up to be a caretaker to his mother Corina.

"Danny" was full of love and warmth for his family especially his mother. He also enjoyed the outdoors with himself and friends working and doing odd jobs to keep busy. He was also a cook to many restaurants around town where he did maintenance and served the community. "Danny" will be missed by many and forever loved for the goodness of his heart.

He is survived by his son Matthew Martinez and daughter Stephanie Schueltz, Brother Sam Martinez, sister Molley (Ray) Ramirez and his 3 grandchildren. Danny is preceded in death by his father Alfred Martinez.

Services for "Danny" will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 with a visitation starting at 9:00 A. M.  at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Superior, Arizona May he rest in peace.
