William Baca "Memo" age 78 of Miami, Arizona passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024.  William was born September 23, 1945, in Miami Arizona to William and Genieve Baca.

William attended Miami Schools then enlisted in the Army serving in Vietnam where he received a Purple Heart.  He worked as a welder at Asarco until his retirement.  He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time and was a huge Diamondbacks fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Sylvia Baca, children: William Dominic Baca, Andrea (Sean) McGill and Michelle Baca, brother John (Lupe) Baca, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grand child.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Genieve Baca, sisters: Mary Helen Garcia, Dora Ramirez, and Sara Cejudo, and grandson Sean "Bean" McGill.
